Aqua Dreams is the newest project of Dreamville for the year 2007. The resort complex is located in the beautiful and quiet area in between Sunny Beach and St. Vlas. Because of its specific location Aqua Dreams offers the unique combination of sea view in conjunction with the surrounding of fascinating rising nature-green hills. The complex consists of 3 blocks, 141 apartments altogether.

Aqua Dreams is situated only 100 meters from the coast line and approximately 400 meters away from Panorama Dreams.

The payment plan for Aqua Dreams is as follows:

• 1000 Euros reservation fee
• 20 % -on signing the private purchase contract ( 1 month after reservation)
• 20 %-at starting the construction work (end of August 2006)
• 20 %- when the complex is on roof (January/February 2007)
• 40 %- on completion (June 2007)
