3. Maintenance & Property management An in-house management team will be set up to ensure that all owners or gests receive the very best level of service. The quality control can be managed on a day-to day basis to ensure it is maintained at the highest standard possible. We take care of all the facilities as well as the common areas of the Residence.

A maintenance fee of 10 Euro per sq.m, excluding VAT is allocated for the first year of operation. It covers:

24 hours security, - Cleaning/maintenance of all public areas of the building - Cleaning/Maintenance of all green areas of the Complex - Electricity for all common areas of the Residence - Maintenance of all installations in the common areas of the Buildings: electrical, water supply, fire-alarms, emergency lighting, ect An agreement stating all terms & conditions for the property maintenance will be provided to every owner together with the purchase contract.
